Her name is Carolyn Okafor. She’s in Raleigh. She handled the Tidewater sale. She’s the most careful person I’ve ever met.
I was careful with every word.
No screaming. No threats. No emotional explanations.
Carolyn — I have uninvited guests at my property. Family members. They arrived without permission at 10:30 PM and have refused to discuss the length of their stay. I’ve arranged alternative accommodations for them, paid in full, effective this morning. I’d like a formal written notice revoking permission to remain on my property, effective upon departure of the shuttle at 5:00 AM. I’d also like to request an off-duty deputy from the Currituck County Sheriff’s Office be present for the departure, to ensure everything is handled calmly. I do not want anybody arrested.
