“Son, please help me get to the bathroom.”
Daniel snapped angrily.
“Again? What am I, your servant? Boys my age are enjoying their lives, while I’m stuck washing you, dressing you, and cleaning up after you!”
“I’m sorry, Daniel.”
“Stop apologizing all the time! I don’t even want to step into your room anymore!”
Ellen couldn’t remain silent.
“Shame on you, Daniel! Your father worked his entire life to raise you!”
The boy replied coldly,
“Then he shouldn’t have! I never asked him to bring me into this world!”
Ellen froze.
“One day, you’ll regret those words.”
“There’s only one thing I regret. Not leaving this house sooner.”
The following evening, their argument could be heard throughout the building.
Robert had asked his son to bring him a glass of water.
Daniel suddenly exploded.
“I’m disgusted by you! You’ve ruined my entire life! I wish I’d never had a father!”
