A rich woman took every discounted turkey while an elderly grandma begged for just one for her sick grandson—two minutes later #2

Applause erupted.

Beatrice had no idea this was only the beginning of her troubles.

Please put those turkeys back.

Walter turned toward the grandmother. “What’s your name, ma’am?”

“Margaret.”

“Margaret, we’ll prepare groceries for you and your grandson, free of charge.”

She covered her mouth. “Thank you.”

Beatrice folded her arms. “This is ridiculous. I’m calling my husband.”

This was only the beginning of her troubles.

“Excellent,” Walter replied. “I’ve been meaning to discuss him.”

“Oh, this should be interesting,” I whispered.

Walter looked at Beatrice for a long moment.

“Since you’re so concerned about money, let’s talk about yours.”

Beatrice glanced at the watching shoppers.

“Perhaps it’s time your husband learned what living without my money actually feels like.”

I’ve been meaning to discuss him.

“What?”

“I pay your mortgage, cars, vacations, even your restaurant’s losses. That ends today.”
