A rich woman took every discounted turkey while an elderly grandma begged for just one for her sick grandson—two minutes later #2

Mind your business.

“And apparently, that’s more important to you than feeding a sick child.”

Beatrice grabbed her cart. “Remember who my family is!”

Five minutes later, as she reached the end of the aisle, the store speakers crackled.

“Attention, shoppers…”

Beatrice kept walking.

I got here first!

Then a man’s voice came through.

“Beatrice.”

She stopped so suddenly her cart bumped a display.

“You just told everyone in aisle six to remember who your family is.”

Her fingers tightened around the handle.

“Oh, no…” she whispered.

Remember who my family is!

“That’s actually a very good idea.”

Beatrice went pale.

“Stay exactly where you are, Beatrice.”

“Why?” she shouted.

“Because I’d hate for you to miss what’s coming.”

That’s actually a very good idea.

Beatrice stared toward the front of the store.

“No…”

A moment later, an older gentleman approached with the manager.
