A rich woman took every discounted turkey while an elderly grandma begged for just one for her sick grandson—two minutes later #2

Getting her hands dirty was bad enough. But the evening still had one more surprise in store for her.

She reluctantly tied on the apron. “Where are my employees?”

“Preparing meals.”

“Then they can pack everything!”

This dress costs four thousand dollars!

“They’re already working. You’re joining them.”

“I don’t know how!”

“Excellent opportunity to learn.”

I demonstrated how to assemble each grocery package.

“Rice, canned vegetables, pasta, soup. Follow the list.”

You’re joining them.

Beatrice examined the supplies. “These labels should face outward!”

A businessman packing beside her laughed. “Does it matter?”

“Presentation is everything!”

“Actually,” I said, handing her another bag, “food is everything.”

Twenty minutes later, Beatrice marched over to Walter. “I’ve demonstrated enough.”

“Have you?”

Excellent opportunity to learn.

“I packed six boxes!”

“Wonderful. Only one hundred ninety-four to go.”

“Walter!”

“Fortunately, other volunteers are helping.”

She looked ready to scream.
